My role as Web & Publishing Manager as one of the founding project team members helping close down the CC and the OFT to create a new government agency that had never been done before. Working with external stakeholders and facilitating project meetings with our team and the adjacent communications team from both CC and the OFT, this was one of the most challenging and rewarding projects I’ve worked on. With a tight deadline to complete, my work included mapping URLs for the web development team over at GOV.UK, coding over 2000 web pages for the new site and some technical and on page SEO work.
